Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AVOC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use of the platform
AVOC provides AI-assisted tools for tender discovery, qualification, partner matching, and proposal generation. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable procurement regulations.
Intellectual property
AVOC retains ownership of the platform, its software, and its branding. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. We grant you a limited license to use the platform during your active subscription.
Limitation of liability
AVOC is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before submission. We are not liable for missed deadlines, rejected bids, or decisions made based on platform outputs.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
