Start with the requirement

Before drafting a section, identify the requirement and the company evidence that addresses it. Explain why a reference is relevant in terms of sector, scope and date, rather than attaching it without context.

Review the prose and its basis

A well-written sentence is not necessarily a verified statement. Ask the author and reviewer to check the connection between claim, source and requirement. Do not fill missing references or expert experience with guesses.

Trace a few important claims

Before submission, follow key statements back to their sources. Check consistency between sections using the same facts. This suggested internal check complements the opportunity’s own evaluation criteria; use the current tender documents and relevant institutional guidance.
