Review work packages, consortium roles and expected results against the project documents. European Commission guidance highlights technical and financial reports and deliverables defined in the agreement. Verify the details that apply to your project in its own agreement.
Identify where evidence is created
Assign an information owner, source document and internal review time to each output. Progress on the work and readiness of the supporting evidence are different states; track them separately.
Make changes visible
When a plan or responsibility changes, review affected deliverables and reporting notes too. Discuss whether a formal amendment is needed with the authorised team. This note is an organisational suggestion, not a determination of cost eligibility or contract meaning.
